Following her initial experience at a leading investment bank, she has spent over two decades advising senior executives across public companies, privately held businesses and growth stage ventures. Her work spans industries and geographies, with particular depth in professional services and complex partnership environments.
Sophie is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, and a Meyler Campbell trained Executive Coach. She partners laterally with a trusted network of senior psychologists and specialist advisers, enabling Mantis Insight to scale flexibly and respond precisely to client needs.
